These Terms apply only to use of the public website. Any commercial relationship with PropLaunch is subject to separate written agreements.

About PropLaunch

PropLaunch is an operating partner that helps founders launch, operate, and scale their own branded prop firms without building or managing the full operational infrastructure themselves.

PropLaunch coordinates operational infrastructure across technology, risk management, trading platforms, payment services, vendor coordination, onboarding, and operational support through its internal team and specialist partners.

PropLaunch does not own your brand, your customer relationships, your website, your community, or your customer-facing business unless separately agreed in writing.

Founder and licensee responsibilities

Each founder or licensee remains responsible for their own business.

This may include:

  • Brand
  • Website
  • Marketing
  • Customer acquisition
  • Community
  • Customer support
  • Trader relationships
  • Commercial strategy
  • Compliance with applicable business, marketing, legal, tax, and regulatory obligations

PropLaunch provides the operating infrastructure and partner coordination behind the firm. PropLaunch does not guarantee customer acquisition, revenue, profitability, trader performance, or business success.
